Dispatch and delivery information
Dispatching
Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days of the order being confirmed. Please note this still applies whichever delivery option is chosen.

Personalised orders may take a bit longer to complete. I always aim to weave or stitch them as soon as possible, but you should allow up to 5 working days for personlisation on top of the usual 5 working days to dispatch.

Delivery
At checkout, delivery options depend on the products included in your order. These are the services I use for my different delivery options:

Standard delivery - £3.50
Royal Mail First class delivery - estimated 1-3 working days. However, please note that this responsiblity lies with Royal Mail and not Woven by Eve. The normal dispatch time of 5 working days still applies.​

International delivery
Various services can be used for international delivery (outside of the UK, excluding the USA and Canada) depending on the location and order. If you have any questions about an order you'd like to place, please email me at wovenbyeve@outlook.com before making your order.
Returns policy
There is a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact wovenbyeve@outlook.com including a clear photograph of the product in current condition. If your return is provisionally accepted, instructions will be provided on how and where to return your package to. The condition it is received must match that of the photo and be in original condition. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You can always contact us for any return question at wovenbyeve@outlook.com. Refunds do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs to return any items are the responsibility of the buyer.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders and personalised products cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
